Superb small trading card produced in 1971 on behalf of IPC Magazines. The series of cards entitled “My Favourite Soccer Stars” was given away with a number of boys magazines. There were a total of 160 cards produced in subsets of 32 at a time in February 1971. The magazines were Scorcher, Lion, Smash, Buster and Tiger. Most league teams are represented with some of the UK greatest players of the late 60’s and early 70’s.
