COVENTRY CITY - Bill Rafferty #43 FKS Wonderful World of Soccer 1971/72 Football Sticker

COVENTRY CITY - Excellent unused sticker from the FKS Wonderful World of Soccer "First Division" 1971/1972 series. These stickers could be bought for just 3p per packet and each packet contained a Team Badge and 7 player stickers. The albums at a huge cost of 15p each were used to house the 352 stickers within the set by gluing at the top of the sticker, therefore finding these unused stickers is extremely rare. This was the one and only set that FKS trialled a black and white head and shoulders picture of the player featured on the front of the sticker.

The COVENTRY CITY set included Jeff Blockley, Willie Carr, Chris Chilton, Dave Clements, Mick Coop, Bill Glazier, Ernie Hunt, Brian Joicey, Ernie Machin, Dennis Mortimer, John O'Rourke, Bobby Parker, Bill Rafferty, Wilf Smith, Geoff Strong..
