GERMANY & BORUSSIA MONCHENGLADBACH - Gunter Netzer #263 WELTMEISTERSCHAFT 1966 World Cup Sticker

 Sticker from the set released by Sicker-Verlag GmbH of Frankfurt in 1965/66. This series entitled "Welmeisterschaft 1966" was produced to celebrate the now famous 1966 World Cup in England. Much like the FKS type sticers produced in the UK at the time, these paper thin stickers were not of the best quality in terms of photo's or how they were cut. However we have not been able to find any of this series on any of the normal auction sites worldwide. The set includes well known names from the Bundesliga teams of the time as well as International legends from around the world.
