MANCHESTER CITY - Mike Doyle #171 FKS Wonderful World of Soccer 1971/72 Football Sticker

MANCHESTER CITY - Excellent unused sticker from the FKS Wonderful World of Soccer "First Division" 1971/1972 series. These stickers could be bought for just 3p per packet and each packet contained a Team Badge and 7 player stickers. The albums at a huge cost of 15p each were used to house the 352 stickers within the set by gluing at the top of the sticker, therefore finding these unused stickers is extremely rare. This was the one and only set that FKS trialled a black and white head and shoulders picture of the player featured on the front of the sticker.

The MANCHESTER CITY set included Colin Bell, Tony Book, Tommy Booth, David Connor, Willie Donachie, Mick Doyle, Ron Healey, Fred Hill, Jeff Johnston, Francis Lee, Arthur Mann, Glyn Pardoe, Mike Summerbee, Tony Towers, & Neil Young.
